2. No Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • This includes drafting, review, or consultation.

3. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel before work begins for a partial refund, if applicable.
  • Once service is initiated, cancellation is not permitted.

4. Service Delivery

  • Timelines are indicative and depend on case complexity.
  • Timelines also depend on government response cycles.

5. Exceptions

  • Service has not been initiated.
  • Duplicate payment is made.

Refunds may be considered only in these limited cases.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws in India.
